As promised, here is your Chakra Healing meditation. This is an active visualisation Meditation but it is also a deeply relaxing one, at lease i hope.

Be sure to have the following near by:

• Your meditation crystal

• Journal

• Pen

• Water for drinking

Take your time with this meditation. You can listen to it as many times as you like. Don't rush, take your time. Be patient and purposeful.
